Terms and conditions at the time of booking
* It is the responsibility of each passenger to read and agree to each point detailed here at the time of making their reservation.
Patagonika Travel & Adventure, is an intermediary agency between the passenger and the tourist service provider(s) of each destination, whether hotels, carriers, etc., with which it is explicitly indicated that our company will not be responsible for any type of deficiencies or breaches that the aforementioned entities may incur, in their different services such as, change or modification of itineraries and/or routes, delays, damage to luggage or goods, loss and/or misplacement of these, Allocation of Hotel rooms , as well as locations in means of transportation, flight cancellations, sudden cancellation of reservations, modification of flight itineraries and other breaches, by the passenger of the boarding rules and procedures at the time of taking a flight, and/or by the non-compliance with the visa requirements and/or requirements, warnings and health regulations of the country to be visited.
Patagonia Travel & Adventure, is also not responsible for damage to passengers or property of this and / or their companions, whatever the cause, such as accidents, strikes and stoppages, situations of government restriction, illnesses, as well as natural disasters such as earthquakes. , floods, volcanic eruptions, weather or force majeure, war situations, in general any situation outside of what is expressly indicated in the reservation of services.
Given the above, the passenger waives any right to formulate or file claims of any kind against PatagonikaTravel & Adventure, for the return of amounts paid, and breach of services that are not stipulated in the confirmation of the contracted services. As well as personal expenses incurred in lodging, transportation, losses, damages or losses, of any kind, whether to your person, companions and/or property, for one or more of the aforementioned causes.
Important points to keep in mind when booking:
A- The services must be paid in full at the time of confirming the reservation.
B.- Each person will have to travel with their own travel insurance, which must contain the coverage they want.
C.- No refund of any kind will be granted if the cancellation is received less than 15 days before the arrival date.
D.- In case of no-show of the passenger(s) or in case of a cancellation during the trip, during the high or low season period, our company reserves the right to change the cancellation policies if our Providers apply various penalties to those listed above.
E.- It is the responsibility of each passenger to have a visa (if required) and to comply with the health requirements to enter the country they intend to visit. Check that your passport is valid, as well as all the necessary documentation before starting your trip.
Reservation Procedure and Payment Methods:
Each payment operation made by passengers with Patagonika Travel & Adventure will be absolutely confidential, while always thinking of providing maximum security. Your personal data, as well as the information that is given to us when making a payment for requested services, will be kept between the Travel Agent and you. No one other than Patagonika Travel & Adventure can access them by any method.
When generating the payment for the provision of Patagonika servicesTravel & Adventure, whether these are a Program, Hotel reservation or Transportation Services, it is automatically stipulated that our distinguished client, as well as his Travel Agent, accept all the points and clauses of these general conditions, which are detailed below :
First: The descriptions of Hotels, as well as Excursions and/or Tourist Programs, are based on the information obtained and that is delivered by the provider or providers of these services, at the time of making the quote. Changes may occur in the course between the confirmation of your reservation and the trip, beyond our control. For a quality service, we will try to keep the information on our site always up to date.
Required information and confirmation of services:
When contracting services with PatagonikaTravel & Adventure, the following data will be requested:
Name and surname
Identity card or Passport (Number)
Nationality
Date of Birth
Address
Home phone (residence)
E-mail
We file together with your reservation the personal information, which is used exclusively at the time that all the services required by you are confirmed.
Once the payment has been made, we will send you your Voucher(s) by e-mail, where you will find all the information on your detailed reservation, with all the requested services.
Payment methods:
*Direct payment:
> The payment of the service(s) may be made directly at the time of starting these in the place where the passengers and/or the carrier agree is the most appropriate.
*I pay with credit card:
> The charge will be effective only until all services are duly confirmed in writing.
*Payment through Bank Transfer:
> The information of the Bank Account for the Deposit and/or Transfer for the total value of the services to be contracted will be sent to you by email. This will be effective only until all services are duly confirmed in writing.
*All contracted services must be canceled (Paid) in full for confirmation of all services.
Rates:
> Rates expressed by PatagonikaTravel & Adventure are valid according to the date established in the last quote and are subject to change without prior notice.
*Our rates only include what is specified in each Program.
Programs and Rates do not include:
> Personal expenses of passengers such as airport taxes, laundry services, telephone calls, optional excursions, visas, meals and/or drinks (unless otherwise indicated and the passenger requires an additional service of the aforementioned).
Policies of Cancellation, Modification of reservations and refunds:
> All types of requests, whether cancellations, modifications and refunds, must be sent in writing. When these are received, they will be attended to immediately.
Changes in Itinerary:
PatagoniaTravel & Adventure reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel the published itineraries, if there are reasons of force majeure or circumstances that force it, this, for a better fulfillment and security of the programmed activities, as well as the contracted services. .
Patagonian ServicesTravel&Adventure:
> Hotel stay, standard rooms or superior rooms on request.
> Transfers Airport – Hotel / Hotel – Airport.
> Excursions indicated according to the required itinerary. It is the responsibility of the passenger to book either in regular service or in private vehicles with a guide (private services). Regular services operate with a minimum of 2 passengers.
*Important:
Any special request such as Diets, location in Transportation, in Hotel Service, the room (type, view or other) will be subject to availability at the time of the request. No special requirements are guaranteed until stated and confirmed in writing.
Check In and Check Out at the different Hotels in the Programs are subject to availability, normally check-in takes place between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and pick-up between 11:00 a.m. or noon.
Each passenger is responsible for keeping up to date and complying with the documentation required for entering or leaving a certain destination, so it is suggested and recommended that you contact the Consulate or Consulates corresponding to your trip.
